Objects from excavations at Margidunum are housed at the University of Nottingham museum.

Private collections of agricultural and domestic artefacts have been made by several inhabitants of the town. Access to their identities may be made through the Bingham library or the BHTA website.

Field walking by the BHTA has resulted in a large collection of pottery from the Iron Age to the present. This is being logged on a database.

The contents of the office of an early 20th century architect - Beetham-Shaw - are in store at the Brewhouse Yard museum, Nottingham
