There is no dedicated local photographic collection relating to food, but as with all subjects relating to the history of the county, researchers are advised to consult the picture collection held at NLSL, Angel Row Library, Nottingham or go onto the website. Also Bassetlaw Museum’s Edgar Welchman photographic collection has some pictures relating to food www.bassetlawmuseum.org.uk
