Thoroton Society Record Series
The Society publishes as an occasional series editions of historical documents relating to Nottinghamshire which are of outstanding local or national importance. These comprise transcripts of the original texts together with learned introductions by specialist editors.
Subscriptions to the Record Series are additional to those for the main Society, and details may be found under About the Society.
Editorial enquires should be addressed to the Honorary General Editor Adrian Henstock (e-mail: adrian@henstock1642.fsworld.co.uk ).
Forthcoming publications
The following editions are currently under active preparation:

These comprise over 130 superb full colour maps of the families’ estates, mainly in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire but with others in Staffordshire, Northumberland, and other counties. The edition will be on CD but with a printed editorial introduction.
